Ms. Mascolo advises Italian and international businesses on their negotiations with commercial partners, suppliers and investors.

Ms. Mascolo long term experience covers all stages of her clients’ life cycle – corporate formation, cross-border transactions, corporate compliance etc.

Prior to forming Mascolo PLLC, Ms. Mascolo worked several years in the New York office of Herzfeld & Rubin P.C. where she assisted high net worth individuals as well as major fashion, food, designer furniture and luxury companies and then as a trading lawyer in Geneva, Switzerland, in the commodity trading industry.

Ms. Mascolo has a law degree from the University of Rome, Italy, and an LL.M. from Cardozo Law School (New York, NY, 2006). She was admitted to the NY Bar in 2007. She has been practicing law in Italy and the United State since 2005.
